Recruitment Committee:

The Mission
The Recruitment Committee shall utilize member volunteers at the Investor Level ($2,500) to support the NDA Executive Committee and staff in fulfilling NDA’s mission through successfully identifying and recruiting new members to NDA.

Responsibilities
The Recruitment Committee shall assist NDA’s Vice Presidents in developing, implementing and evaluating recruitment programs.

Activities

  • Monthly Meeting of Committee
  • Identification of Prospective Members
  • Referral of Prospective Members
  • Referral of Networking Opportunities
  • Serve as greeters and guides at NDA Breakfasts & Mixers

Recognition/Retention Committee:

The Mission
The Recognition/Retention Committee shall utilize member volunteers at the Investor Level ($2,500) to support the NDA Executive Committee and staff in fulfilling NDA’s mission through successfully assisting NDA staff in developing recognition programs for members that are compatible with recognition/retention programs for other levels of members.

Responsibilities
The Recognition/Retention Committee shall assist NDA’s Vice Presidents in developing, implementing and evaluating recognition/retention programs.

Activities

  • Meet monthly as a committee
  • New member peer welcome calls
  • Mentoring of new members
  • Provide ideas and suggestions for newsletter and event boards
  • Serve as greeters and guides for New Members at NDA Breakfast Meetings & Mixers
